Comments from PDVSA HVM Racing Team Owner Keith Wiggins after qualifying at Chicagoland:

“We have seen E.J. come from the back to the front many times this season.  In race conditions, with cars drafting and other elements, the situation tomorrow will be different than what they were today in single-car qualifying runs.  The team has been strong all year on race day and now we’ll turn our focus on getting the best race setup and strategy that will help E.J. move forward.”

Comments from PDVSA HVM Racing Team Driver E.J. Viso after qualifying at Chicagoland:

“The car has been comfortable, but we don’t know the reason why our speed is off.  Our qualifying time isn’t surprising because it’s close to our practice times this morning and afternoon.

“But, I’ve always been able to move forward during the race.  It’s going to be interesting because we usually don’t start this far back, but the PDVSA HVM Racing team has always done well on race day.”
