Comments from PDVSA HVM Racing Team Owner Keith Wiggins after qualifying at Kentucky:

“We know that E.J. is pleased with the handling of the car, and that’s going to be important, but finding more speed for the race is the goal now.  We’ve been fortunate in the past oval races to have done that and advance to the front on race day.  Hopefully we can do the same Saturday night.

Comments from PDVSA HVM Racing Driver E.J. Viso after qualifying at Kentucky:

“I’m happy with the car, but we all wish that it was a better qualifying time. There are a lot of cars that are pretty close, and with just a little bit more speed we would have been higher.

“Still, the car is comfortable to drive and I’m feeling confident about our chances to move to the front once the race starts.”
