HVM Racing Ready for Richmond Debut Richmond VA (June 26, 2008) - This weekend, HVM Racing will make its racing debut at the .075-mile Richmond (Va.) International Raceway during Saturday night’s SunTrust IndyCar Challenge 300. It will also mark the first visit to the track for driver E.J. Viso. The team, however, has accumulated three consecutive strong finishes heading into Saturday night’s 300-lap event. Comments from team owner Keith Wiggins heading into this weekend’s events: “We are confident that we’re only going to get better on ovals. So far, we have been pretty competitive on them all season. Michael (Cannon, Lead Engineer) has prepared very fast cars for E.J. every time out. We continue to improve and that’s the goal. Comments from HVM Racing driver E.J. Viso heading into this weekend’s events: “It’s another oval for us. It’s going to be our fifth consecutive race on an oval track and the team has been getting stronger and stronger. We have passed a lot of cars and proven we can race to the front in different situations. That gives us a lot of confidence for this weekend.
